January Monthly Meeting—1/22/2011

1. Treasurer's Report: currently $1593;

1. Current paid up memberships: 26.  There are still a few folks who need to pay current dues—please remit soon;

1. Committee reports deferred due to low attendance: VERY IMPORTANT NOTE:  Jack will not be running for re-election of his office duties—see attachment.  We will need people to volunteer to take over—your help is needed;

1. Annual meeting scheduled for Sunday February 27^th.  Cheryl Estep has volunteered to host;

1. Upcoming races discussed.
