Columbus Half Training Schedule
Hey Everyone,
When preparing a training schedule for the Parkersburg Half Marathon, I decided to go ahead and get one together for the Columbus Half, too. Note that this is an Intermediate training schedule. I heard a rumor that Centennial High School will keep its track open this summer, so we might be able to plan some group speed days there. Cindi
