Saturday Walk Location Change

Hey Buckeye Striders,

The group walk for Saturday, May 26, will be at Sharon Woods Park at 8:00 am.

Note location change due to the Asian Festival.

Come early if you want to walk extra miles. Park in the first lot on the left, just past the ranger station. Meet at the start of the bike path. We will be walking counter clockwise around the 3.8 mile loop. If you are late, start clockwise to meet the group. Following the group walk we will go to Scrambler Marie's for breakfast, 6152 Cleveland Avenue, just south of I-270, on the east side.

March-April Newsletter

Hey Buckeye Striders,

Attached is the March/April Newsletter. I apologize for getting it out so late. I had a severe case of writer's and editor's block. I will work hard to get the next issues out more quickly.

You'll notice that the upcoming races listing is a spreadsheet. I hope Laura doesn't mind that I added the pages that way. The information is more complete and saves time.

Also, Joyce Prohaska had asked me to include the flyer about the Dave McGovern Clinic being held in the Cleveland area this August. I had intended to include it in the January issue, and forgot.

We will be walking at a new location this Saturday -- near the Dublin Rec Center. We hope to have directions to everyone soon. In the meantime, Deb Chenault indicated that the rec center is off of Emerald Parkway.

Finally, don't forget to send your race results to Barbara Gossman. Her email address is included in the newsletter.
